Closeup of People Getting Involved Without an army of volunteers, the Nashville Inner City Ministry could not exist. To ensure the safety of the young people we serve and to be sure we are matching volunteers with the aspect of service that fits them best, volunteers are screened by NICM staff and background checks will be conducted. Volunteer opportunities are available in a wide variety of areas.

Service Groups

Group of Kids in Front of Bus in the Summer Each summer, groups from across the nation come to work with NICM in the communities we serve by helping with Academic Day Camp, Service Projects, Food Delivery, Spiritual Enrichment Camps and Gathering Demographics.
