We all had the privilege of sharing in the fruits of Dr. Ann Hudgens’ vineyard. She had a love for the Lord which guided the way she touched people. Ann served all mankind.
She considers a field & buys it; out of her earnings she plants a vineyard. (Proverbs 31:16)
We all had the privilege of sharing in the fruits of Dr. Ann Hudgens’ vineyard. She had a love for the Lord which guided the way she touched people. Ann served all mankind.
She was an advocate for the challenged, a counselor to the struggling, an advisor to leaders, an encourager to the struggling, a servant to the poor, a friend to the bold, and a teacher to the one left behind. Her difference was our flagship. At camp while we slept in beds, she slept in her truck. While we ate the good food, she ate tree bark and rocks. While our singing sometimes sounded like a thrashing machine, Ann sang like an angel. Even when her body was riddled with cancer she still was serving.
As for missing Ann…she is in our passion. We all will see her every day. It is the little things she gave each of us that we will carry in our hearts.
